These Sausages are Hand-made by our expert butchers, made in house with %100 pork and our own special blends or spices. These are upscale as we use only Ontario natural farm raised pork. Packaged in 4's.
Here are the types Available:
Hot Italian - Made with our special blend of Italian seasoning, but with a bit of heat
Sweet Italian - Made with our special blend of Italian seasoning. This is a mild sausage
Portuguese - Made with a blend of Portuguese spices This is a spicy sausage.
Chorizo - Made with a blend of Spanish spices. this is a spicy sausage.
