Slipacoff's Premium Meats Shipping Information
At Slipacoff’s Premium Meats, we’ve leveraged our roots in the Ottawa butchery business that goes back nearly a century, now offering you online ordering and contactless delivery of amazing quality meat (and other products) for any order of over $250 to any location in Ontario or Quebec. The packaging is designed to keep the meat chilled to the proper temperature for up to 48 hours of transit. Shipments outside the Ottawa/Gatineau area across Quebec and Ontario (from Thunder Bay to Trois Rivieres, Sault Ste-Marie to Sept-Iles, and everywhere in between!) are done by FedEx and Purolator next-day service. Orders from Ottawa/Gatineau over $250 are eligible for free local delivery on Slipacoff’s Premium Meats trucks. Orders outside Ottawa above $250 are eligible for $15 shipping. Shipping outside the Ottawa area is calculated based on distance from our store.

DOES SLIPACOFF’S PREMIUM MEATS SHIP OUTSIDE ONTARIO OR QUEBEC?
At this time, we offer meat shipments within Ontario and Quebec. If you are not located in this part of Canada or are looking to make a shipment outside ON/QC, we thank you for your interest and apologize for the inconvenience.
HOW IS THE PRODUCT SHIPPED?
From start to finish we want to ensure the quality of the products we sell. That starts with proper packaging and shipping channels. We have selected FedEx and Purolator to fulfill our shipping services outside the Ottawa/Gatineau area. All of the products that get shipped are packaged in one-inch insulated bags with cold packs to help maintain a cold and consistent temperature.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Orders placed before NOON will be processed and shipped the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Meats and other items are packaged in an insulated box with frozen packs. FedEx picks up from our Ottawa Premium Meats warehouse every day at 3PM. The shipping is GUARANTEED by FedEx to arrive the following day. Please make sure to check your tracking information sent after your order is confirmed.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?
No problem! When placing an order, it is not necessary for someone to be there to receive it. If you won't be at the provided address to receive your shipment, it will be left at your door. It is packaged in properly sealed insulated packs and will remain cool until you arrive, up to 12 hours after delivery.
