Nicknamed the "Baseball Thick Cut Steak", our center cut top sirloin steaks are cut from AAA Canadian beef that's aged for a minimum of 35 days and completely free of hormones or antibiotics.
These are true center cut steaks, completely denuded before portioning. You will only find these exclusively at Slipacoff's Premium Meats as you won't find these in any store. These steaks are versatile and can be grilled, cast iron seared or even broiled. No matter which way you cook it, it will be bursting with flavour.
