Our Canadian AAA whole tenderloins are aged for thirty days for that next-level tenderness for which tenderloin is known. Each whole tenderloin is selected by hand, and our expert butchers make sure you get a beautiful filet mignon each and every time.
You can either cook it as a whole roast or choose to cut it into steaks - whatever your choice, you can't go wrong with cooking one of the most tender cuts of beef.
