So tender and flavorful, our 35 day aged Canadian-raised AAA tenderloin cubes will make an impression if you are making Kabobs. These pieces come from the part of the tenderloin. Carefully skinned and trimmed by our expert butchers our tenderloin tips are lean and mean. Marinate as preferred.
These pieces can be either Grilled, or cast iron seared or cooked Japanese style (Hibachi) on a flat top. Cook rapidly rare to medium rare for optimal experience.
