Our German Smoked Pork Chops come from the center cut loin and are cured and smoked for exceptional flavor. Around Amana, they are known as Kassler Rippchen. They're fully cooked, so simply heat and serve. Ideal for broiling, pan frying, or grilling.

 The secret to perfectly cooked Smoked Pork Chops is not to overcook them. Place chops on a pre-heated (medium heat) grill for about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Turn and grill for an additional 1 - 1 1/2 minutes. You may also use a griddle or skillet brushed with oil to cook them. Just heat through and serve, there is nothing to it!

Tip: Once you've turned them, baste the pork chops with Apple sauce. It adds a sweet and savory element to their already fabulous taste.
Pork chops can be stored in a freezer in their original packaging for up to 3 months.
