Peameal bacon (also known as cornmeal bacon) is a wet-cured, unsmoked back bacon made from trimmed lean boneless pork loin rolled in cornmeal. It's great for making eggs benedict and frying for breakfast.
Ingredients: Pork, water, salt, sugar, dextrose, pork stock, sodium phospate,
sodium erythorbate, sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite, sodium bicarbonate,
silicon dioxide, vegetable oil (canola). Coated in cornmeal.
Cook instructions: Cook to a minimum temperature of 71 deg C.
