Slipacoff's Premium MeatsA great source of Iron and vitamins, this milk fed veal liver will be a hit to a connoisseurs. Deveined and peeled, it is best cooked in a cast iron pan. Grandma's recipe was cooking it with bacon over top and deglazing it with a tad of white vinegar which gives it that little zing and scraping the meat sugars from the pan. Serve with boiled potato or Mashed.
