Also know as New York Strip, This cut from the loin is one of the three most popular and flavorful steaks you can buy, alongside tenderloin and ribeye. Striploin doesn't have the fat content you might find in a rib steak or ribeye, so if you are looking for something on the leaner side, but still a premium cut of beef, this cut is the way to go.
We recommend the grill or cast iron searing for best results. Simple and easy!
